Certain individuals are posing as Capital City Housing employees and sending “Notices” to tenants demanding payment of fines for breaking house rules.

Capital City Housing will only contact tenants via our official office numbers 033 345 2184/7. This will always be followed by an authorised representative visiting your unit with an official written notice from Capital City Housing.

Do not pay any fines or money to unauthorised individuals. If you are unsure about any communication or notice received, please contact us via our official WhatsApp line on 065 526 9622 to verify with our office directly before making any payments.

BE WARY OF SUCH EMAILS.

Capital City Housing does not have a “Board” for our developments.
