Dear Tenants,
To ensure that your electricity and water meters continue to function correctly during the festive season and in the New Year, all electricity and water meters are undergoing a mandatory system configuration from 3 December 2025 onwards. This system update/configuration will be conducted remotely.
On the first purchase, after system update, you will receive 2 key change tokens on your receipt.
Please enter all the key change token numbers in the order that they appear on your receipt, as well as your token number.
If you purchase multiple tokens after your meter has been updated, you must enter the tokens in the order that they were purchased.
This is only required on the first purchase after the system update.
Configuration will not affect any credit on your meter.
Please see the example of a receipt you will receive after the meter configuration.
Please enter the 20-digit Key Change token 1, Key change Token 2 and then your Prepaid Token number.
